Details of the program are as follows:
- The program is open to dues-paying members of the RBC.
- Mentors (Life Masters) are paired with Mentees (Non-Life Masters) for a
calendar year.
- The 5th Tuesday and 5th Thursday of each month are designated as mentoring
games. Mentoring pairs are expected to play in each mentoring game or to
schedule a make-up game.
- Mentees pay the entry fee for the pair at mentoring games.
- Mentoring games are stratified. Pairs may play SAYC, Standard American
or 2/1.
Weak NT, Strong Club or Diamond Systems, Montreal Relay, and Overcall Structure
are not allowed.
