The Newcomer Pairs game is held on Thursday evenings from 7:00 to approximately 9:30 pm. The environment is relaxed and low-key and mentors are on hand to help with questions, the movement of the people and the boards, and to assist with scoring.
 
Players receive hand records and individual results, including Masterpoints awarded. The cost is $5.00 per person, and it is suggested that players arrive at least 10 minutes before game time.
